You will be expected to be hands on partner undertaking some assignments when necessary and having a client portfolio. The business mainly undertakes accounts preparation, tax and advisory and has a strong presence throughout the North West. You will provide a key role in the accountancy practice, managing a small team of accountants and overseeing the workflow of jobs amongst the staff. Additionally you will oversee the development of junior members of staff and ensure the business continues to achieve its growth targets. You will be expected to provide a significant link to the partners and lead by example when managing your team. Ideally a Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA with several years’ experience of working within an accountancy practice, you must have the ability to achieve success through people. Excellent communication skills compiled with managerial abilities are required for this position.
