A top consultancy business is seeking strategic consultants of all levels to join their fast expanding business. They have offices throughout the Middle East including: Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE.

The role will encompass devising and implementing strategic and business plans for medium and large corporations many of which are experiencing difficulties. Additionally you will develop business plans for large projects which will include; raising finance, constructing strategic business plans, producing cash-flow forecasts, profit and loss accounts and balance sheets and ensuring the business plan is implemented throughout the organisation.

Ideally your background will be from the top four accountancy practice or a prestigious strategic consultancy where you must have gained a minimum of two years strategic consultancy experience. In particular we are keen to hear from individuals with over ten years consultancy experience. Furthermore you will need to be a team player with an ambitious nature to succeed and achieve goals and must be fluent in English. It would be advantageous if you are also fluent in Arabic.

You will provide a key role in the accountancy practice, managing a small team of accountants and overseeing the workflow of jobs amongst the staff. Additionally you will oversee the development of junior members of staff and ensure the business continues to achieve its growth targets. You will be expected to provide a significant link to the partners and lead by example when managing your team. Ideally a Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA with several years’ experience of working within an accountancy practice, you must have the ability to achieve success through people. You will be responsible for enhancing the Corporate Finance and Financial Advisory Services offerings, developing the skills of the existing team members and widen the produce offerings in the marketplace.
